It’s from the same man who directed Moon, one of my favorite films.

I’m here to tell you that this needs to do well.

Not just because its looks fucking awesome, but that it has a relatively original premise.

Why haven’t I seen this trailer play before a movie yet?

I see at least 2 films a week and I have not seen this trailer play once.

colossal picture. the death toll hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’s rumored to be in the thousands. if you want to know what Japan’s like right now, well here it is.

e: luckily the death toll is far lower than was first announced (though my source was rather.. offbeat). around 30-50 announced casualties with many more missing and unaccounted for. have a prayer for Japan and her citizens.

e2: unfortunately, the death toll is climbing rapidly. I fear the first prediction was indeed, close to the truth.

six scouts? o-o that's a bit much, especially if your team is kind of small, but then again, i wouldn't know what jobs are available in your team. duuuude you should totally send that excel spreadsheet, it sounds amazing! a bit obsessive, maybe, but amazing nonetheless. one of our robots is programmed to an xbox controller! :D aw we don't fundraise, we go to rotary clubs and get sponsors. like jcpenney, who brought us all donuts once. and nasa is actually a sponsor too, they're right down the street from us so. ugh okay i know mentors aren't supposed to build the robots themselves or anything, but they should at least prove beneficial to the team, right? well MY MENTORS SUCK BALLS. we have a lot, about eight, plus our sponsor, but about five of them are the. most. infuriating. people. there are about contribute nothing. oh wait i lied, some of them go around for no reason and criticize half the things they see and act so unnecessarily stressed and lower overall morale, yeah way to contribute. and our SPONSOR. dear god what i'd give to accidentally shoot her with a nail gun through her pretty young face and perfect manicure. accidentally. she's like a leech on guru, my favorite mentor and the one i work with, who drains his energy because she stands there asking dumbass questions pretending she knows what we were doing, and guru has to explain everything to her, not that she'd understand anyway 'cause bitch teaches fucking biology, and she'll try to help or point out flaws or do shit but no, she's stupid as shit and should just go back to her desk painting her nails or whatever it is she does, as long as it has nothing to do with the building of robots. and when she held the robot arm she was like OH NO MY MANICURE IS RUINED I GOT GLUE ON IT SHIT COST ME $23. hoe.

it makes sense because our two teams operate pretty much together, so it’s basically one huge blob of people that separates solely because the competition requires it

…we buy our own donuts. and soda. i go through like ten cans per competition but i have the most detailed notes and strategies of any scout i’ve seen so far. bitches leave and take your notepads with you, i have a fucking ~*~spreadsheet~*~
jealous i wish we had nasa as a sponsor. one of our seniors has a dad who works at nasa and she’s coming back as a mentor so that’s kind of close for us.
